Scope and Target Audience

This website is operated by 360 AG, based in Switzerland, and is intended exclusively for individuals located in Switzerland. The services of 360 AG are not directed at individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the European Union (EU). Swiss law applies exclusively, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1).

Medical treatments are carried out exclusively at our locations in Switzerland. Individuals who independently access our services from abroad are likewise subject to Swiss data protection law with regard to the processing of their data.

General Information

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect when you use this website, the purposes for which it is used, and your rights in this context.

Data Processing When Using the Website

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and temporarily stores the following information in server log files:

  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

This data is used to ensure the proper operation of the website and to improve our services. It is deleted after 30 days. The online contact form is operated by Medicosearch as a data processor (Art. 9 FADP). Medicosearch processes your contact data solely for the purpose of forwarding your inquiry to us. Medicosearch’s privacy policy is available at:

Use of Third-Party Services

Google:

This website may use Google Maps, reCAPTCHA, and Google Analytics. In this context, personal data (in particular IP addresses and usage data) may be processed.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram):

This website may include features provided by Meta. In this context, personal data (e.g. IP address and usage behaviour) may be transmitted to Meta.

Data Retention:

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Statutory retention obligations, particularly in the medical field, may require longer retention periods (e.g. 10–20 years).

Data Security:

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, in particular:

Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification (Art. 32 FADP): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to deletion: You may request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Requests are generally processed within the applicable statutory deadlines. Proof of identity may be required. The right to lodge a complaint with the FDPIC remains unaffected.
